Prestige Timepieces sells the Daniel Brook watch in Egypt on a cash-on-delivery basis. This page explains exactly what we collect when you order, what we do with it, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you complete the order form we store only what the courier and our team need:

• Name and mobile number — to confirm your order and reach you on WhatsApp.
• Governorate and delivery address — so the courier can find you.
• The offer you chose — which package and its price.
• Where you came from — the page URL and, if you arrived from an ad, its campaign tags. This tells us which advert actually produced an order.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order by phone or WhatsApp.
• To measure how our advertising performs.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Our delivery company — your name, phone and address, so they can deliver.
• Our team — new orders are sent to us over Telegram so we can act on them quickly.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — if you accepted cookies, we send a signal that a purchase happened so we can measure our ads. Any personal detail in that signal is hashed before it leaves us and cannot be read back.
• TikTok — if you accepted cookies, we send TikTok the same kind of signal (a page visit, a checkout started, a purchase) so we can measure our TikTok ads. Any personal detail in it is hashed before it leaves us.
• Google (Analytics) — if you accepted cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, where visitors came from, whether an order was placed) as statistics. We never send Google your name, phone number or address.
• Microsoft (Clarity) — if you accepted cookies, we record an anonymous replay of how the page was used (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve it. Text you type into the order form is masked and is not recorded.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores orders securely.

Cookies & measurement

We load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics to measure how our ads and site perform. They run by default, and the notice on the home page lets you turn them off. If you decline, none of them is loaded and we send nothing to Meta, TikTok or Google about your visit — not from your browser and not from our server. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the privacy notice from the link in the footer of the home page.

We also load Microsoft Clarity, which builds heatmaps and anonymous session replays of how visitors use the page. It is covered by the same choice: if you decline, Clarity is never loaded and nothing about your visit is recorded.

We also keep an anonymous count of how many people are on the site at this moment, so we can see our own shop the way a shopkeeper sees a showroom. It records only a random browser number, which part of the page is on screen, which advert brought the visit, and the city your connection resolves to — never your name, phone, address or anything you type. It is kept for a few seconds at a time and nothing is stored about you afterwards, and it is covered by the same choice: if you decline, your visit is never counted.

When you place an order we also send Meta and TikTok a copy of that one event from our server, so a sale still gets counted if your browser blocks the pixel. It carries the same details described above, and every personal field in it is hashed before it leaves us.

How long we keep it

Order records are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 155 580 4342 and we will action it.
